Stars on Scotts is a corporate loyalty program tailor made for corporate secretaries, personal assistant, travel managers and others who makes travel arrangements on behalf of their company or companies. The loyalty program rewards them each time a guestroom booking is made at Royal Plaza on Scotts or 8 on Claymore Serviced Residences. From 1 April 2019, event planners are rewarded for meetings and events held at Royal Plaza on Scotts.

Any employee or representative part of a Singapore-based office is eligible to join. This excludes third-party meeting planners and travel agencies.

Stars will also get exclusive access to hotel events and special discounts on rates.


To sign up, we will need your name, birth date and valid email address.

Once your account is set up, we will invite you to complete your profile. Please be assured that your data is secured in accordance to our company's, PDPA and GDPR policies.

You will need to use your registered email address to log in into your account.


Once your account is confirmed, you will receive a welcome email from us with your username and password. Feel free to update your password once you’ve logged in. If you have forgotten your password, please use this link to register a new password.

For your account to remain active and prevent your Star Points from expiring, you will need to make materialized bookings at Royal Plaza on Scotts or 8 on Claymore Serviced Residences within 12 months of your membership cycle.

Inactivity is determined as no room or event revenue generated.

Do note that a new membership cycle will begin on the day you join or when you attain Megastar status.

Once a Star, always a Star. There is no expiration to your membership.

There are two membership tiers: Superstar and Megastar. Please view this page for more details.

Once your Star Points adds up to 250,000, you will be awarded the Megastar status. View the added perks as a Megastar.

o remain a Megastar, you will need to maintain a minimum of 250,000 Star Points in your account and remain active yearly. The yearly Megastar membership cycle starts the day you have been awarded the Megastar status.

Inactivity for 12 months will result in downgrade of membership to Superstar status.

You will be able to transfer your membership at anyone within your organization at any time, please send us your request with the new member details via our contact form.

Star Points

Make a booking directly with Royal Plaza on Scotts and 8 on Claymore Serviced Residences for corporate stays, meetings and events. It is important to mention the membership number you want the booking to be awarded to.

Every S$1 spent, you will be awarded:
- 3 Star Points for guestroom bookings at 8 on Claymore Serviced Residences
- 5 Star Points for meetings and events held at Royal Plaza on Scotts
- 10 Star Points for guestroom bookings at Royal Plaza on Scotts
For corporate group stays with meetings, you will be entitled to earn Star Points for revenue generated from both guestrooms and meetings. A minimum spend of $1000 is required for meetings and events to qualify.

Star Points will be automatically credited to your account within 72 hours after guest check-out.

Star Points is visible on your personal dashboard as soon as you login. You may select “My Reward History” for detailed transactions of your Star Points.

Star Points are awarded to the room category that was booked. In the event of room upgrades, we are unable to award Star Points based on the room rate of the upgraded room type.

Star Points will expire within 12 months. The loyalty program will not allow extension of Star Points’ validity or transferring of points once they have expired.

Redeem Star Points

With Star Points, you are able to redeem Star Rewards which includes over 40 popular lifestyle brands and exclusive stays and dining privileges on Royal Plaza on Scotts and 8 on Claymore Serviced Residences. To redeem your Star Rewards, click here.

All redemptions are in e-voucher and should be emailed to your registered email address within 30 minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation upon redemption, please reach out to us.

E-voucher validity differs from each merchant. Please refer to the terms and conditions on the e-voucher.

Extension of vouchers validity period is strictly not allowed.
